Council of ti1e City of Anaheim on the 12th day of January.- 1971;,
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
reference was made to tl1e wrong resolution toward which
Resolution i.Jo. 7111-9 was directed as an aruendmentj and
aHERE1\.S, it is in the :Oest interest of the City of
~\naheim to correct such clerical errors nunc pro tunc to reflect
the true purpose and intent of the City Council.
dOVi 1 il'IIEHEFORE, BE 1111 RESOLVED by the City Council of
~~e City of Anaheim that ~esolution No. 7lR-9 be and the smne
is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by changing the date of
Aarch 31, 19641 wherever it may occur to the date of February lO~
1970: and by changing Resolution do. 64R~214 wherever it may
occur to Hesolution t"lo. 70Rn82.
BE rr.[1 FUR'I'HER R3S0LVED that except to the extent said
clerical errors are hereby corrected, Resolution No. 7lR-9 shall
remain in full force and effect.
