WHEREAS, on September 24, 1~7~, the Planrinv Commission approved Conditional

ort the subject property. One of the conditions of a~proval of said resotution
included the requirement that the property o~!ner subnit a letter rPque;tin~
Cermination of Conditional Use Permit tJo. 1907; and
WNEP,EAS, on Septemher t~;, 1980, Robert Carlin and Esther J. Carlin, pronerty
owners, submitted a letter requestinc~ termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 19~7,
in conformance with conditions of aoproval of Conditional Use Permit No. 230~~.

does hereby terminate all proceeciings of Conditionai Use Permit !!o. 1Q07,
