A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSlON
TtRMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS !N CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 675
WHEREAS, on MarcF~ l, 1965, Conditional Use Permit No. 675 was granted
by the Planning Commission under Resolution No. 1543~ Series 1g64-65. to permit
the production and manufacture of mineral aggregates for building and road
construction on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land cansisting of approximately
5•5 acres, having a fronta9e of approximately 650 feet on the east side of Richfield
Road, having a maximum depth of approximately 740 feet and being located approximately
1280 feet south of the centerline of La Palma Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1980, the Planning Commission approved Conditional
Use Permit No. 2113 under Resolution No. PC80-163 to permit an asphalt concrete
recyclin9 operation on subject property. One of the conditions cf approval of said
resolution included the requirement that the property owner submit a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 675; and
WHEREAS, on ~eptember 24, 1980, Orange County Water District, property
owner, submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No.
675, in conformance with conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2113•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 675•
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTlON is signed and approved by me this 20th day of
October, 1980. ~
