That the proposed use will not adversely affect the ad_joininn land uses and the growth and development of the area in ~vhich it is pr~posed to he located. 3. That the size and sha~e of [he site proposed f~r the use is adeq~ate to alla•~ the full development of the proposed use in a man~er not detrimental to the particular area nor to the reace, health, safetv, and general ~•~elfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. N01J, TfiEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are he;eby found to be a necessarv prerequisite to thP nrnnnSPCi uce of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and ~eneral ~~elf~re of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1, That prior to commencement of the activity authnrized by this resolution, appropriate water assessment fees as determined hy the Office of the Utilities General Manaaer shall he paid to the City of Anahein. 2, That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance wlth plans and specifications on file with the City of Anahein marked Exhihit `~os. 1 through G. 3. That the existing bu?lding shall comply ~~ith all anplicayle standards of Lhe City of Anaheirn and ths State Fire Narshall.
