PC80-223 A RESOLUTION OF TNE AtIANEIM CITY PLAFJNING C011111SSION TERPIIPJATING ALL PROCEEDIPiGS Ihl CONNECTION 411TH CONDiTIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 17(.6 WFiEREAS, on November 21, i?77~ Conditional Use Permit No. 1766 was adopted under Resolution No, PC77-256 by the Anaheim Ctty Planning Commission to permtt a prlvate club in the ML (Industrial~ Limtted) Zone on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 11.0 acres located between Cerrftos Avenue and Hawe11 Avenue on the west sfde of Sunkist Street, and having approximate frontages of 380 feet on the south side of Cerritos Avenue and 1380 feet on the west side of Sunkist Street, and WhIEREAS, on November 7, 1980, Jessie Baker, representing Velvet Knights, Inc., submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1756 because the use is no longer at this location. ~~~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1766, THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this ist day of December, 1980.
