A RESOLUTION OF THE A~JAHEIM CITY PLPP~NIMG CONFIISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS I~J CONPIECTION IJITH
VARIANCE N0. 1893
WHEREAS, on July 6~ 1967, Variance P~o, 1393 was granted under Resolution No.
PC67-147 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit the construction of a
brake shop~ trailer and van rental, and a storage facility having outdoor storage in
an existing shopping center on an Irregularly-shaped parcel of land cansisting of
approximately 1.6 acres located north and orest of the northwest corner of Ball P,oad
and Knott Street, and having approximate frontages of 20 fee2 on the north side of
Ball Road and 170 feet on the west s'de of I:nott Street, and
WHEREAS, on September 2, 198~J, the Planning Commissio~i approved Conditional
Use Permit No. 2104 to permit a public dance hall in the CL (Commercial, LFmited)
Zone on subject property. One of the conditions of approval of said conditional use
permit Yias the requirement that the property owner submit a letter requesting
terminatlon of Variance No. 1893,
WHEREAS, on October 23, 19E0, Larry R. Smith, property owner, submitted a
letter requesting termtnation of Variance ;Jo. 18g3 in conformance with conditions o.`
approval of Conditlonal Use Permit No. 2104,
~~~W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby termEnate all proceedings of Variance No, 18q3,
