CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1501
WHEREAS, on November 25, 1974, Conditional Use Permit No. 1501 ~aas granted
under Resolutton No. PC74-233 bY the Anaheim City Plannfng Commisslon to permtt truck
and trailer rentals in conjunction wtth an existing service station on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0,28 acre located at
the southwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Rose Street, and having frontages of
approxtmately 100 feet on the south side of Lincoln Avenue and 125 feet on the west
side of Rose Street; and
WHEREAS, on October 6, 1g80, the planning Commission approved Conditional
Use Permit No. 2118 to permit a radiator shop in the CL (Commercial~ Limited) Zone on
subJect property. One of the conditions of approval of said conditional use permit
was the requirement that the property owner submit a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit Plo. 150~.
