A RESOLUTION OF i.rIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM CHANGING THE Nk~ FOR A
PORTION OF SUNKIST STP~ET TO MIRALOMA
A VEI'lUE .
WHEREAS, at a meeting held on February 18, 1971, the
Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim after full and duly
noticed public hearing thereon did recommend to the City Council
a street name change for a portion of Sunkist Street, extending
from the north side of La Palma Avenue to the center of the
Riverside Freeway overpass, to Miraloma Avenue; and
WHEP~AS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim and particularly to those per-
sons having occasion to use said Streets that the. street names
be changed as so recommended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Ci ty of Anaheim th.at the name of that portion of Sunkist
Street from the north side of La Palma Avenue to the center of
the Riverside Freeway overpass be and the same is hereby Changed
to Miraloma Avenue; and that henceforth and hereafter such street
shall be known and designated upon all maps by the name to which
it i.s hereby ch.anged.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of March, 1971.
