A RESOLUTIO~~ OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMHISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECT~ON WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1684
WHEREAS~ on January 17, 1977, Conditional Use Permit No. 1684, to permit
boat sales with waiver of maximum fence height, mfnlmum structural setback, mintmum
landscaped setback and requtred site screening, on properiy consisting of
approximately 0.7 acre, having a frontage of approximately 195 feet on the Hest side
of Nanchester Avenue. and a maximum depth of approximately 251 feet, and being
located approximatety 290 feet southeast of the centerline of Orangewood Avenue; and
WHEREAS~ the applicant (R(chard A, Del Guercio~ Anahelm Insurance Leasco)
has submltted a letter requesting terminatlon of Condltional Use Permit No, 1684
inasmusch as on December S7~ 1979, the Planning Commission approved Condltional Use
Permit No. 2~46 (to permit a bus terminal) on subject property and one of the
conditions of approval of said conditlonal use permtt was the requirement that the
property owner submtt a letter request(ng termination of the previously-approved
Conditlonal Use Permit No. 1684.
NOIJ, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cortmisston
does hereby termtnate all proceedings of Conditional U$e Permit Nc. t684 on the basls
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me thls 28th day of
