4JHEREAS, on Fet+ruary 7, 1472, Conditional Use Permit No, 12~?F+ v~as granted
under Resolution No. 72-20 by the Ana!~eim City Planning Commission to permit a travel
trailer and camper storage facility and a"TBA" (tires, batterles and accessories)
xype retail sales and service business on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land
located at the north~oes: corner of Via Burton Street and State College Boulevard,
having approximate frontages of approximately 475 feet on the north side of Via
Burton Street and 284 feet on the riest side of State Coilege Boulevard~ and further
described a: 17j7 East Via Burton Street.
WHEREAS, *he applicant, Michael G. Mack, Oranae County Transit District,
iias submitted a letter requestin~ terminatton of Conditional Use Permit Mo. 12R6 in
satisfaction of a cunditton of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2Q82,
granted by the City CouncTl on October 1!!, 1980, to permit a bus transit facility in
the ML Zone on subject property.
NOW, 'fNEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the Anaheim City Planninq Commissian
does hereby termi~ate all proceedings of Conditional lJse Permit No. 12R~ on *_he basts
of the foregoing findings.
