RESOLUTION NO. 7lR-87
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2231.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Robert E. Jones,
owner; Lewis M. Wolter, agent was received, a public hearing before
the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due
and proper notice as a result of which Variance 2231 was granted
in whole or in part, covering the following described property:
PORTION A:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, described as follows:
Parcel 1: The East 108 feet of the West 339 feet of the
North one-half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, in Township
4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
Parcel 2: The East 108 feet of the West 339 feet of the
South half of the Nortneast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying Southerly
of the Northerly line of the land described in the Deed to
the Orange County Flood Control District, recorded May 11,
1960 in Book 5238, page 215 of Official Records.
PORTION B:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows:
Parcel 1: The East 108 feet of the West 231 feet of the
North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South,
Range 11 ~qe5t, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Parcel 2: The East 108 feet of the West 231 feet of the
South half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 14, To~mship 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying Southeasterly of the
Northwesterly line of the land described in a deed to the
Orange County Flood Control District, recorded April 7, 1959
in Book 4660, page 252 of Official Records.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by
law an interested party or the city Council on its own motion
caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result
thereof the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
