A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
IDAA 81-1 AND DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, on September 22, 1981 the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim
designated the Director of the Community Development Department as Executive Director of the
Industrial Development Authority pursuant to Resolution No. IDAA 81-1; and
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim now desires to rescind
Resolution No. IDAA 81-1 and designate the City Manager as the Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim that:
1. Resolution No. IDAA 81-1 is hereby rescinded.
2. The City Manager of the City of Anaheim be, and is hereby, designated the Executive
Director of the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim.
3. The Executive Director or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute,
on behalf of the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim, any contract, agreement or other
document as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Industrial Development
Authority of Anaheim this 11 day of January , 2 22.
