That the proposed use is hereby granted subject to the petitioner's stipulation that all worF: will be conducted v~holly inside the structure and there will be no outdoor storage of any kind. 3. That tl~e proposed use a~ill not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and tlie 9rowth and ~levelopment of the area in ~rhich it is proposed to be located. !~. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allotv the full development of the pro~osed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health~ safety~ and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5.
