WHEREFlS, on June 9, 1~7$, Conditional Use Permit ~Jo. 1542 was granted by the
Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit continued use of t~•io existing billboards,
said signs to be located at the northeast corner of [iroadway and Anaheim Boulevard,
and having approximate frontages of 1;5 feet on the north side of Broadway and 126
feet on the east >ide of Anaheim Boulevard, and further descrit~ed as 254 South
Anaheim Boulevard; and
blHEREAS, the applicant (Anaheim Itedevelopr~ent Agency) requ~:sts termination
of Condizional Use Permit hlo. 1542 as a requirement of one of the conditions of
approval for Reclassification Plo. 79-80-17 granted by the Planning Comrtiission on
January 14, 1980.
PlOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Pl~nning Commissfon
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1542 on the basis
of the foregoing findings,
