TEFMINATIiJG ALL PROCEEDIDI~S IN CONtlECT101! 411Th1 COtJDITIO~dAL USE PERMIT RU. iE~' lJi1EREAS, on March 17, 1~77, Conditional Use Permit !Jo, lFi~2 was aranted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit continued use of two existing billboards, said signs to be located at the northeast corner of Broadway and Anaheim Boulevard, and having approrimate frontages of i55 feet on the north side of Broadway and 1'L6 feet on the east side of Anaheim Boulevard, and further described as 254 South Anaheim Boulevard; and WHEREAS~ the appticant (Anaheim Redevelopment Agency) requests termination of Conditional Use Permit tJo. 1~,Q2 as a requirement of one of the conditions of approval for Reclassification Pfo. 79-80-17 granted by the Planning Commission on Janua~y l~i, 1~8~. tJOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit t~o. 151~2 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
