b1HERE.1S, on February 11, 19f;0, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Variance tao. 3136 by adoption of Resolution IJo. PC&G-31 to permit establishment of
one open space tract and eleven residential tracts with 2Q7 RM-21~~0(SC) units, 327
RM-3000(SC) units, 25 RS-HS-22,Q00(SC) units, and 1; open space lots with waivers of
required lot frontage, maximun number of lots on a cul-de-sac and minimum building
site width on property consisting of 31~6 acres located southwesterly of Nohl ltanch
Road between the intersection of Plohl Ranch Road with Canyon Rirn Road and Serrano
Avenue, having a frontage of appoximdte~y 320 feet on the south side of t~ohl P,anch
Road, having a maximum depth of approximately 6,G97 feet and being located
approximately 2,300 feet southeast of the centerline cf C.anyon P.im Road; and
WHEREAS, the developer requested i•raiver of maximun number of lots on a cul-
de-sac and foliowing the adoption of Resolution tlo. PCt30-31, it 4~as determined the
waiver pertained to the RS-I~S-10,000 Zone ~•rhicfi is not a part of the development
proposal; and
WHEREAS waiver (b) - Section 18.24.OG1.~21 -?"aximum nunber of lots on a
cul-de-sac - should be deleted; thereby granting Variance IJo. 373~~, in part.
tJOW, THEREFORE, 4E IT RESOLVED, that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend P.esolution Plo. PC30-31, nunc pro tunc, in connection with Variance
IJo. 3136, to be granted in part, deleting the followin9 waiver:
