RESOLUTION NO. 71R-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TE~~INATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 1305 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 6560 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning commission granted Variance
No. 1305, peDmitting waiver of the one-story height limitation on
October 17, 1960: and
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 20, 1960, granted
Variance No. 1305 subject to conditions by Resolution No. 6560;
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has never exercised Variance No.
1305 nor has any extension of time been requested; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim city Planning Commission on
February 8, 1971, considered another reclassification and variance
petition on subject property and recommended approval thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim city Planning Commission on
February 18, 1971, did adopt Resolution No. PC 71-21, recommending
to the city Council the termination of all proceedings on Variance
No. 1305; and
WHEREAS, the Council does find and dete~ine that the
plans approved under Variance No. 1305 are no longer applicable
and concurs in the recommendation of the city Planning Commission
to terminate Variance No. 1305.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 1305 be .terminated, and that
Resolution No. 6560 be, and the same is hereby, declared to be
null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of March, 1971.
