PC 80-73RESOLUTION NO. PC80 -73 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1818 WHEREAS, on April 10, 1978, Conditional Use Permit No. 1818 was granted by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit an auto detailing and storage facility on property described as a rectangularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.4 acres at the northwest corner of Cypress Street and Anaheim Boulevard. WHEREAS, the applicant, William C. Taormina, Taormina Industries, has submitted a request to terminatef Conditional Use Permit No. 1818 inasmuch as the subject property is now occupied by a retail tire store which is a permitted use in the CG (Commerical, General) Zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1818 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
