RESOLUTION NO. 71R-82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 59-60-11.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 6th day of October,
1959, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 5542 .in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 59-60-11, finding and determining that
the property and area therein described should be changed from
R-A, RESI"DENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and dete~ine that
the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been complied
with by the applicant, and that said proceedings for the reclassi-
fication of said property should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
application 59-60-11 for a change of zone be, and the same are
hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 5542 be, and the same
~ hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of March, 1971.
