ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Cortimtsslon has reviewed the proposal to construct a 5-unit apartment complex with waivers of minimum landscaped setback. minimum distance between buildings. required site screening and required vehicular access on a rectangularly-shaped parcei of land conststing of appronimately 7285 square feet located at the northeast corner of Valencia Avenue and Ctaudina Street (211 East Valencia Avenue); and does hereby approve the Negative Declaration from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report on the basis that there would be no significant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impact due to the approval of this Negative Declaration stnce the AnaheTm General Plan des(gnates the subJect property for medium-density residential land uses comnensurate with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental tmpacts are involved tn the proposal; that the Inttial Study submitted by the petTtioner indicates no signlficant individual or cumulative adverse environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration substantiattng the foregoing findings is on fite in the City of Anaheim Planning Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission daes hereby deny subJect Petition far Variance on the basis of the aforementlaned findings.
