RESOLUTION NO. 7lR- 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DETERMINING THE PRECISE ALIGNMENT
OF MIRALOMA AVENUE BETWEEN JEFFERSON STREET
AND VAl'l BUREN STREET.
WHEREAS, it has heretofore been agreed between the
Engineeri.ng Division of the Public Works Department of the
City of Anaheim and the owners of all property adjacent there-
to that the proper alignment of Miraloma Avenue between
Jefferson Street and Van Buren Street should be as designated
on a map thereof being Map No. MM-97-A-4 and Ri.ght of Way
No. 1275 on file in said Division; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim that said alignment of Miraloma Avenue be approved and
adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it approve and adopt and it does
hereby approve and adopt the precise aligmnent of Miraloma
Avenue between Jefferson Street and Van Buren Street in the
City of Anaheim as the same is shown on Map No. .MM: 97-A-4
and Right of Way No. 1275 on file in the Engineering Division
of the Department of Public Works of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 23rd day of February, 1971.
