Anaheim City Planning Commission did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Pernit from A"JAHEIM P.AC~UFT A~lp /1THLETIC CLUB, IHC., 2640 'doodland Drive, Anaiieim, California 92~~1, o+,aners ~f certain rral propei•ty situated in the City of Ar~aheim, County of Orange, State of Callfornia, described as: Parcel 1, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as sho~dn on a parcel map filed in Book 36, Page 19 of Parcel Maps, in the Office of tiie County Recorder of said County. 61HEREAS, the City Pianning Cor,~nission did hold a puhlic hearing at the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on July 27, 1~II1, at 1:3~ p.m., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisioris of the Anaheim Municipal ~,,de, Chapter t3.n3, to hear and consider evidence for and anainct said proposed conditionai use permit and to investigate and make findirsgs and recommendations ir connection therel•~ith; and IdHER[l1S, said Commission, after due inspection, investi9atio~ and study made by itselr and in its belialf, and after due consicieration of ~il evidence and reoorts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the size and shaoe of the site proposed f~r the ~se is adequate to allow tlie full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to tl~e peace, Iiealth, safety, and general weifare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. ~t.
