WHEREAS, the. Anaheim City Planning Commission did receive a verified
Petition for Conditional Use Pernit from A"JAHEIM P.AC~UFT A~lp /1THLETIC CLUB, IHC.,

situated in the City of Ar~aheim, County of Orange, State of Callfornia, described as:
Parcel 1, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California as sho~dn on a parcel map filed in Book 36, Page 19 of
Parcel Maps, in the Office of tiie County Recorder of said County.
61HEREAS, the City Pianning Cor,~nission did hold a puhlic hearing at the Civic
Center in the City of Anaheim on July 27, 1~II1, at 1:3~ p.m., notice of said public
hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the
provisioris of the Anaheim Municipal ~,,de, Chapter t3.n3, to hear and consider
evidence for and anainct said proposed conditionai use permit and to investigate and

offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the arljoining land uses
and the gro~~rth and devetopment af the area in 4~hich it is ~ro~osed to be located.
3. That the size and shaoe of the site proposed f~r the ~se is adequate to
allow tlie full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
particular area nor to tl~e peace, Iiealth, safety, and general weifare of the Citizens
of the City of Anaheim.

does herehy 9rant subject Petition for Conditional Use Pcrmit, upon the foliowing
conditions ti•~hich are herehy found to he a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserv~ the safety and general welfare of thc
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:

find and deternine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly predicateo upon

Should any such condition, or any part thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceable
by the final judgrtient of any court of competent jurisdiction, then tl~is Resolution,
and any approvals herein contained, shal] be deemed null and void.
