Resoiution No. 79-i16 by the Anaheim City Planninn Commission to permit on-sale beer
and wtne in an existing restaurant on property described as an irregularly-shaped
parcei of land consistinq of approximately 4,2 acres on the northeast corner of Santa
Ana Canyon Road and Imperial Hlgh~•~~y having a frontage of apprcximately 37.n feet on
the north side of SanY.a Ana Canyon Road and a frontage of 2q~ fe.et nn the east side
of Imperial High~iay, and further described as 5717 East Santa Ana Canyon Road.
41HEREAS, the app)icant, James E. Dohrott, Canyon Plaza Shopping Center, has
submitted a letter requesting ternination of Conditional Use Permit No. 198P in
satisfaction of a condition o` the granting of Conditional ltse Permit Plo, 2244,
granted on July 27, 1981, to permit on-sale alcoholic heverages tn a proposed
r•estaurant on the same subject property.
NOtd, THEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all pror_eedings of Conditional Use Pernit No. 1~02 on the ba,is
of the foregoing findings.
