PC81 -210 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1470 WHEREAS, on June 10, 1974, Conditional Use Permit No. 1470 was granted under Resolution No, PC74 -126 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to establish a hoard and care facility for treatment of alcoholics on property described as a rectangularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.8 acre, having a frontage of approximately 108 feet on the west side of Harbor. Boulevard, being located approximately 154 feet north of the centerline of Vermont Avenue and further described as 887 South Anaheim Boulevard. WHEREAS, the applicant, James Stovall, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1470 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No, 2215, granted on May 19, 19131, to permit a restaurant with on -sale alcoholic beverages on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1470 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
