PC81 -220 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2005 WHEREAS, on August 13, 1979, Conditional Use Permit No. 2005 was granted under Resolution No. PC79 -161 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a on- sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant on an irregularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 3.1 acres located north and east of the northeast corner of McKinnon Drive and Lakeview Avenue, having approximate frontages of 119 feet on the north side of McKinnon Drive and 248 feet on the East side of Lakeview Avenue and further described as 444 North Lakeview Avenue; and WHEREAS, the applicant, Lakeview Plaza Investment Co., Ltd., property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2005 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2227, granted on June 15, 1981, to permit on -sale alcoholic beverages in an existing retaurant on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 2005 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
