A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC81 -204, NUNC PRO TUNC
IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 3237
WHEREAS, on September 21, 1981, the Anaheim City Planning Commission denied
Variance No. 3237 by adoption of Resolution No. PC81 -204 to retain a ground-mounted.
antenna on an irregularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 7,888
square feet, having a frontage of approximately 32 feet on the southeasterly side of
Paseo Robles, having a maximum depth of approximately 125 feet and being located
approximately 160 feet southeasterly of the centerline of Avenida Arbol and further
described as 178 Paseo Robles; and
WHEREAS, due to typographical errors the number of persons indicating their
presence in opposition to the request at the public hearing was incorrectly shown as
nine (9) and should have been three (3); and the vote incorrectly shows Commissioner
Toler as being absent and it should have shown him voting "aye ";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC81 -173, nuns pro tunc, in connection with Variance
No. 3234, to read as follows:
6. That three (3) persons indicated their presence at said
public hearing in opposition; and that no -- correspondence was
received in opposition to the subject petition.
