PC 81-239WHEREAS, on September 13, 1976, Conditional Use Permit No. 1650 was granted under Resolution No. 76 - 178, by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit an office in an existing residential structure on an irregularly - shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.3 acre having a frontage of approximately 70 feet on the west side of Harbor Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 153 feet and being located approximately 210 feet south of the centerline of Santa Ana Street, and further described as 515 South Harbor Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the applicant, June M. McIntyre, Don McIntyre Photography, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1650 because said residential structure was demolished and a new building constructed on subject property; RESOLUTION NO. PC81 -239 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1650 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate ail proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1650 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
