PC81 -2 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3155 WHEREAS, on June 30, 1980, Variance No. 3155 was granted under Resolution No. 80 -108 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to retain an illegal fence with waiver of maximum fence height on property described as a rectangularly- shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.75 acre on the west side of Beach Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 300 feet and being located approximately 720 feet north of the centerline of Ball Road and further described as 3 37 South Beach Boulevard. WHEREAS, Anthony Gouveia, property owner, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Variance No. 3155 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2237, granted on September 21, 1981, to permit a 45 -unit motel on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 3155 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
