PC 81-270A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING PC81 -233, NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 81 -82 -8
WHEREAS, on November 2, 1981, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Reclassification No. 81 -82 -8, granting reclassification of subject property from
RS -A- 43,000 to RM -1200 on property described as a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting of approximately 0.6 acre, having a frontage of approximately 100
feet on the west side of Velare Street, having a maximum depth of approximately
268 feet and being located approximately 850 feet south of the centerline of Orange
Avenue; and further described as 705 South Velare Street.
WHEREAS, due to a typographical error in Condition No. 1 omitting a
portion of the condition that states "removed and /or reconstructed ".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution No. PC81-233, nunc pro tunc, in connection with
Reclassification No. 81 -82 -8, to amend Condition No. 1 to read as follows:
1. That damaged and hazardous sidewalks shall be
removed and/or reconstructed along Velare Street as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 14th day of
December, 1981.
