Hall in the City of Analieim on January 2ci, 19&'1, at 1:3!~ p.m., notice of said public
hearing having been duly given as required by la~~~ and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 13.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and ~naF:e findings
and recommenciations in connection thereo-~ith; and
IJHEREAS, said Comnission, aTter due inspection, investigatlon and study made
by itself anJ in its behalf, and after due corsideration of a11 evidence and reports
offered at said hearing, does find and determine the folloa~ing facts:
