blfiEREAS; on .!anuary 12, 1981, the Analieim City Plannina Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 2130, in part, to permit a 157-foot hiqh hotel and
accessory uses a~ith waiver of minimum nur~her of parkina spaces on an irregularly-
shaped parcel of land consisting of ap~roximately 26.0 acres located at the northwest
corner of Conventian Way and Harbor [3oulevard (Inn~at-the-Pari: and .4naheim Convention
Center east parking lot); and
WHEREAS, Condition No, > of Resolution No. PC81-2 ~~as incorrectly o~orded,
reading, in part: "...(c) that parkina shall be pr~vided for a mintmum af thirty-two
per~ent „~32,,) of the 3g54 parkinn spaces required for the specific development
proposal , and
WHEREAS, that portion of Condition P:o. 5 should read: "„(~) that parking
be provlded for a minimum of sixty-eight percent (68°;) of the 3854 parktna spaces
required for the specific development" prnposal; and
NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV[D, that tlie Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resoiution IJo. PC81-2 to amend Condition tJo. 5, as folloU~s:
"5. That subj~ct property shall be d~veloped substantlally in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City ~if
Anaheim marked Exhibft tJos. 1 through 17, provided, however, (a)
that the design and location af all drive~•iavs and ~ark~•iays shall

(b) that the maximum overall building height shall not exceed the

required for the specific development proposal,"
