RESOLUTION NO. 71R-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE r4AYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE COUNTY OF ORANGE RELATING TO THE IMPROVE-
MENT OF CORONADO STREET.
WHEREAS, in connection with the cooperative street
improvement program with the County of Orange, the City of
Anaheim has been tendered an agreement in connection with the
roadway improvements on Coronado Street from Kraemer Boulevard
to 660 feet west of Blue Gum Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
and finds that it is in the best interests of the City to enter
into such an agreement with the. County of Orange.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the agreement
witn the County of Orange relating to the roadway improvements
on Coronado Street from Kraemer Boulevard to 660 feet west of
Blue Gwn Street.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
