A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAnEIM AU~HORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE
~1AYOR AND CITY CLERK OF AN AGREEl\1ENT BET\vEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~~D ~~AHEIM SPORTS, INCOR-
POHATED, RELATING TO A CONCESSION STAND AT
LA P AIJvIA PARK.
\iHEREAS, Anaheim Sports, Incorporated, a corporation,
has submitted to the City of Anaheim an agreement to construct,
install and operate a concession stand on an area of approximately
475 square feet wnicn shall be provided for such purpose by the
City at La Palma Park baseball stadium: and
WHEREAS, t~e agreement has been reviewed by the office
of the City Attorney and recommended for execution; and
t"j1IEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City-of Anaheim to enter into said agree-
ment with Anaheim Sports, Incorporated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that. tl1e i.layor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereoy authorized and directed to execute said
agreement as submitted to tile City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 9th day of February, 1971.
