A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CIT'( PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROLEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 2325
WHEREAS, on February 27, 1972, Variance No. 2325 was granted under
Resolution No. PC72-19 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a trailer,
camper and b~at storage yard on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 0.5 acre, having a frontage of approximately 62 feet on the west side
of Mountain View Avenue, having a maximum depth of approximately 360 feet and being
located approximately 535 feet south of the centerline of Katella Way and further
described as 1843 Mountain View Avenue.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Southwest Leasing G Rentat, Inc., has submitted
a letter requesting termination of Variance 2325 indicating that subject property is
no longer used for a trailer, camper and boat storage yard. WHEREAS, said request
to terminate is also in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional
Use Permit No. 1985, granted June 18, 1979, to permit the storage and leasing of
automobites on subject p~operty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2325 on the basis of the fore-
going findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 17th day of
May, 1982.
