PC82-102 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMfNATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE N0. 2599 WHEREAS, on May 13, 1974, Variance No. 2599 was granted under Resolution No. PC74-102 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit an automobile leasing agency on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consistin9 of approximatety 1.4 acre, having a frontage of approximately 260 feet on the northeast side of Anaheim Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 380 feet, and being located approximately 200 feet north of the centerline of Pacifico Street, and further described as 1922-30 South Anaheim Boulevard. WHEREAS, the property owner, Ken Keesee, has submitted a letter requesting termination of liariance No. 2599 indicating that the automobile leasing company movPd out in Ig80. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2599 on the basis of the fore- going findings.
