A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATiNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 22?0
WHEREAS, on November 30, 1981, Conditional Use Permit No. 2280 was granted
under Resolution No. PC81-252 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a
15-story, 209-foot high commercial office complex in the ML (Industrial, Limited)
Zone on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 3.8 acres
located at the northwest corner of Orangewood Avenue and 5tate College Boulevard,
having approximate frontages of 560 feet on the north side of Orangewood Avenue and
268 feet on the west side of State College Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the property owner, C. L. Burnatt, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2280 in satisfaction of a condition of the
granting of Reclassification No. 81-82-9 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2265. granted
on November 30, 1981, rezoning subject property from ML to CO (Commercial, Office)
and permitting a 15-story, 209-foot high commercial complex in the CO Zone with waiver
of maximum structural height and minimum landscaped setback.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
d~es hereby terminate all proceedings oP Conditional Use Permit No• 2280 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 17th day of
May, 1982.
