IJOU, THEREFORE, DE IT RFSOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, up~n the foilowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preservn the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Analieim: ~. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accor~iance with approved plans on file witli the Office of the Executive Director of Public Works. 2. That tfie vehicular access rights, except at ap~roverl access points to Stata Col)ege f3oulevard shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. 3. That tlie otvner(s) of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim a fee, in an amount as determined by the CiCy Councii, for street lighting along State College Doulevard and Savoy Street. 4. Th,t the owner(s) of subject property shall pay the traffic signal assessment fee (Ordinance Plo, 3396) in an amount as determined by the City Council, for each commercial builciings prior to tlie issuance ef a building pcrmit. 5.
