N01J, THERCFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED tfiat tlie Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petitian for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prernquisite to the proposed use of the subjer_t property in order to preserve the safety and general ~~~elfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That subject property shall be developecl substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file ~vith the City of Anaheim marlced Exhibit PJos. 1 through $. 2.
