PC82-117 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1373 WHEREAS, on February 5, 1973, Conditional Use Permit No. 1373 was granted under Resolution No. PC73-31 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a~• recreational vehicle sales, rental and service facility on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of appraximately 3.0 acres, and being located approxi- mafely 320 feet south of the centerline of South Street and further described as f366 South West Street. WHEREAS, the property owner, David Garvin, has submitted a letter r~quest- ing termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1373 in satisfactic~ of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2287, granted on January 11, 1982, to permit a recreational vehicle accessories sales and service facility on subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1373 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
