A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNI~JG COMMISSIGN
TERMINATiNG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIOtJAL USE PERMIT N0. 183
WHEREAS, on January 8, Ig62, Conditional Use Permit tJo. 183 was granted under
Resolution No. 189, Series 1961-62 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to
establish a cocktail lounge in conjunction with a restaurant on an irregularly-
shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 3.3 acres, having frontages of
approximately 195 feet on the west side of Harbor Boulevard, having a maximum depth
of approximately 605 feet and being located approximately 460 feet nnrth of the
centerline of Orange Avenue and further described as 2045 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the applicants, William P. Draganza, Pete Billey and Douglas E. Jones,
property owners, have submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use
Permit No. 183 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use
Permit No. 2322, granted on April 19, 1982, to permit a six story, 68-foot high,
488-room 'notel with accessory uses and on-sale alcoholic beverages on subject
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 183
on the basis of the fore9oing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 14th day of June,
1982.
