A RESOLUTIOPJ OF THE AtJAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS Iti CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1982
WHEREAS, on May 21, 1979, Conditional Use Permit No. 1982 was granted under
Resolution No. PC7y-I02 by the Araheim City Planning Commission to permit a 213-unit
motel with related accessory uses on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting
of approximately 3.3 acres, having frontages of approximately 195 feet on the west
side of Harbor Boulevard, having a maximum depth of approximately 605 feet and being
located approximately 460 feet north oF the centerline of Oraiige Avenue and further
describcd a~ 2045 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the applicants, William P. Draganza, Pete Billey and Douglas E. Jones,
property owners, have submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use
Permit No. 1g82 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use
Permit 2322, granted on April 19, 1982, to permit a six stor~~, 68-foot high, 488-room
hotel with accessory uses and on-sale alcoholic beverages on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1982
on the basis of the foregoing findings.
