A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATTN; ALL PROCEEDINGS ZN CONN~CTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PGRMIT NO• 1027
WHEREAS, on May 2~, 1968, Conditional Use Permit No. 1027 wa~ granted under
Resolution No. PC68-135 by the Anaheim City Planninq Commission to permit a golf
driving range and pitch and putt golf facility on an irreqularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting of approximat~ly 12.3 acres located at the northwest corner of
Cerritos A~~enue and Anaheim Boulevard havinq a maximum depth of approximately 1145
feet and being ].ocated approximately 676 feet south of the centerline of Midway Drive
and further described as 209 West Cerritos.
WIiEREAS, the applicant, Terry J. Tweedt, property owner, has submitted a
letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1027 in satisfaction of a
condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2328 granted on May 17, 1982,
to per.mit on-sale beer and wine in an existing sandwich shop on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby termi-~ate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1027 on the basis
of the foregoing findings.
