PC82-124 A RESOLUTION OF THE AWAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ItJ CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2303 WHEREAS, on March 8, i982, Conditional Use Permit uo. 2303 was granted under Resolution No. PC82-36 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a proposed restaurant on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.5 acres located at the northeast corner of Orangethorpe Avenue and Post Lane, having approximate frontages of 375 feet on the north side of Orangethorpe Avenue and 165 feet on the east side of Post Lane and further described as 5217 East Orangethorpe Avenue. WHEREAS, the applicant, Fred Pratt, Cabrillo Management, Inc., agent, has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2303 indicating lessee of subject property has cancelled his lease agreement, therefore, the conditional use permit is no longer required.
