A RESOLUTION OF THE AfJAHEl~4 CITY PLANNING COPIMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COPJPJECTION WITH
f.ONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2098

WHEREAS, on July 28, 1980, Conditional Use Permit No. 2098 was granted
under Resolution No. PC80-120 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit
swap meets at an existing drive-in theatre duriny Ram's home games, on property
described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
23 acres located at the southeast corner of Durst Street and Lemon Street, having
a frontage of approximately 1285 feet on the south side of Durst Street and a
frontage of approximately 670 feet on the east side of Lemon Street.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Mel Goldsmith, authorized agent for California
Drive-in Theatres, Inc., has submitted a letter requesting termination of
Conditional Use Permit No. 2098 in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of
Londitional Use Permit No. 2296, granted on May 5, 1982, to permit swap meets at
an exis*.ing drive-in theatre on a year-round basis on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby Cerminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 2098 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day of
June, 1982.
