RESOLUTION NO. PC 82-131
A RESOLUTION OF THE AN~HEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 464
WHEREAS, on December 19, 1955, the Anaheim City Planning Commi.ssion
granted Resolution No. 92, Series 1955-56, to permit an appliance sales and
repair shop on property describsd as a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land
consisting of approximately 0.3 acres, having a frontage of approximately 100
feet on the east side of Harbor Boulvard having a maxic~um depth of
approximately 150 feet south of the centerline of Vermont Avenue and further
described as 914 South Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the property owner, Maurice Pinto, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 464 in satisfaction of a condition of
approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 2307 granted April 19, 1982, to permit
on-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant.
NOW, `T'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Coaunission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Var.iance No. 464 on the
basis of the foregoing finding.
