A RESOL'~PION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. PC82-86, NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE NO. 3277
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1982, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Resolution No. PC82-86, granting waivers of minimum landscaped setback
and minimum side yard setback to permit expansion of an existing industrial
manufacturing facili~y on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 0.5 acre located at the southwest corner of Broadway and
Atchison Street, having approximate frontages of 175 feet on the south side of
Broadway and 135 °eet on the west side of Atchison Street and further
described as 608 East Broadway; and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Impact Finding paragraph incorrectly
indicated a Negative Declaration being approved and should instead have been a
:.ategorical Exemption, Class 5, and the Planning Commission Secretary hereby
requests approval of a nunc pro tunc resolution amending R:solution No.
PC82-86 to read as follows:
"ENVIRONMENTAL IhII~ACT FINDINGS: That the Planning Director, or his
authorized representative has determined that the proposed project ~alls
within the definition of Categorical Exemption, Class 5, as defined in the
State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categor.ically exempt from the
requirement to prepare an ~IR."
NUW, THEREFORE, BE I"C RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend P~anniny Commission Resolution No. 82-g6 as above
stated correcting the Environmental Impact Finding.
