A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. PC82-104, NUNC PRO TI1NC, IN CONNECTION WITH
RECLASSIPICATION NO. 81-82-18
WNEREAS, on June 2, 1982, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Resolution No. PC81-104, granting reclassificatio.i of subject property from the
RS-A-43,000 (Resider~tial/Agricultural) Zone
(Residential/MUlti le-Famil tO the RM-1200
P y) 2one on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land
consistittg of approximately 0.5 acre with a frontage of approximately 97 feet
on tne west side of Dale Avenue, having a maximum depth of approximately 225
feet, beyng located approximately 600 feet south of the centerline of Lincoln
Avenue and further described as 141 South Dale Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 13, pertaining to shared access on an adjacent
parcel op land, was included in said Resolution No. 82-104 in error.
WHEP.EAS, THE Planning Commission Secretary request approval of a nunc
pro tunc resclution amending said resolution because it was detFrmined at :he
public hearing on June 2, 1982, that said access could not be shared and the
above-re£erred to condition should therefore be deleted.
NO~P, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Planning C:;mmission Resolution No. 82-104 by
deleting Condition No. 13 which pertains to shared access.
