A RESOLU':ION OF T1iE ANAHF.IM CITY PI.ANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING /~I,L PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDI;IONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1171
WHEREAS, on June 15, 1970, Conditional Use Permit No. 1171 was
granted under Resolution No. PC70-104 by the Anaheit~ City Planninq Commission
to permit establishment of a commercial stable for the boarding of horses, on
property described as a rectangularly-shaped parcel of lar.d consiating of
approximately 4.09 acres, having a frontage of approximately 290 feet on the
north side of Miraloma Avenue, having a maximum depth of approxitnately 615
feet and being located approximately 705 feet east of the centerline of Red
Gum Street.
WFiEREAS, the property owner, Aurora Kerley, Sonfarrel, Inc., has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditianal Use Pexmit No. 1171
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No.
2295, granted on February 16, 1982, to permit a television transmission
station with a 250' high broadcastinq tower on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE ZT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Co~amisaion does herebp rer~inate all praceedings in eohnection vith
Conditional Use Permit No. 1171 on the basis of the foregoing findinqs.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUR'ION is signed and approved by me this 9th day of
August, 1982.
