WH[REAS, on Janu~~y `i, 1~73, Variance No. 245'+~aas granted by the
Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit the continued use of a nonconforming
buildtng in an "~1L" Zc•ne, on property described as a rer.tangularly-shaped parcel
of land consisting of approximately O.RS acre having a frontage of approximately
132 feet on the east side of ililler Street, being located approximatPly 397 feet
north of the centerline of Ftiraloma avenue and further described as 1332 North
Miller Street.
WHEREAS, the property oam er, Witliam H. Ailen, Jr., requests
termination of Vartance Dlo. 245t~ because the building has been demolished and a
new building has been~onstructed and therefore, the variance is not needed.
NOIJ, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terninate all proceed~ngs of VarTance PJo. 245ti on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
