A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC82-162~ NUNC PRO TUNC IN CONNECTION
WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2366
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1982, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Conditior.al Use Permit No. 2366, in part, by Resolution No. PC82-162
to retain contractors' storage yards with waiver of required lot frontage, and
denyinq requested waivers of minimum landscaped setback, maximum fence height
and required enclosure of outdoor uses on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of
land consisting of approximately 1.5 acres, having a frontage of approximately
150 feet on the east side of Red Gum Street, and further described as 1450
North Red Gum Street; and
j+IHEREAS, the vote incorrectly showed Commissioner Herbst abstaining
and voting yes and showed Commissioner Bouas being absent; and
WHEREAS, the vote should have shown Commissioners Herbst and Bouas
voting yes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Rzsolution No. PC82-162, nunc pro tunc, in
connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 2366, amending the vote to r.ead as
follows:
AYES: COMMISSSONERS: BOUAS, BUSHORE, FRY, HERbST, KING, McBURNEY
NOES: COMMISSIONERS: NONE
ABSENT: COMMISSIONERS: LA CLAIRE
